Pastor Fakile is a prolific preacher and teacher of the gospel. He has vast leadership experience in different spiritual and doctrinal contexts. He is a qualified Christian Counsellor and a member of the John Maxwell leadership team. He has skills in conflict management, mediation and resolution. He is a chorister, gifted composer and playwright.

Pastor Fakile has written and spoken extensively on theological matters both in the UK, US, Europe and Africa. His most recent write up was titled "The making of the Man of God." He is currently writing on “Developing an understanding of the C & S Church” as part of His research work for his M.A Degree in London.

Pastor Fakile is the New Covenant C & S Movt. Church District supervising teachers for Nigeria, Europe and the USA.

He is a qualified Radiation Protection Supervisor, a security consultant and a Certified system engineer for several security systems manufacturers. Thomas has worked extensively in the UK as a company director and service provider for over 20 years. He has also delivered various solutions to security systems in Ghana and Rwanda (Kigali International Airport) leading and delivering small to medium-sized projects as a contractor and consultant.

He believes he has a role to play in the spiritual formation, growth and reformation of the Church universally. He is happily married with 4 beautiful children.
